While we strive to ensure that all announced guests appear as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances such as professional commitments, illness, or other factors beyond their control may result in cancellations. In such cases, we will update our guests as quickly as possible and work to provide alternative experiences or opportunities where feasible. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
In order to participate in the events and have access to the celebrities of the Fans and Favorites Cruise, you will need to book your cruise with The Vacationeer Travel Agency by calling 844-777-7740 or emailing at at fansandfavorites@vacationeer.com. Booking directly with Royal Caribbean or another agency does NOT grant you any access to events or the cast. They will ONLY interact with guests wearing a credential badge.

Non-carbonated beverages (i.e. coffee, tea & juices) (soda and alcoholic beverages available at an additional charge)
All the ship’s performances, shows, etc.
Use of the ship’s amenities (pools, fitness center, lounges, etc.)
Taxes, fees, and pre-paid gratuities are included in the prices on our website
Participation in all advertised included events for the Fans and Favorites Cruise.

The following Fee Schedule Applies to cancellations made for any stateroom bookings on this cruise.

| Between 2/22/26 & 4/22/26 | A cancellation fee of $50 per guest will be assessed |
| Between 4/23/26 & 6/21/26 | A cancellation fee of $100 per guest will be assessed |
| Between 6/21/26 & 8/3/26 | A cancellation fee of $200 per guest will be assessed |
| 8/3/26 & 10/19/26 | A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cruise fare will be assessed |
*Special Ticketed events, VIP Packages, and other Vacationeer add-ons are Non-Refundable
*Suites that are not in our group inventory are subject to a non-refundable deposit, your agent will disclose this.
Final payment is due by August 3, 2026
*Please Note: Our cancellation and penalty schedule is available here on our website. Cancellation penalties start on February 22, 2026.
The Minimum Deposit is $500 for the first 1 or 2 people in a stateroom, and $250 per person for each additional person in the stateroom, to hold your stateroom.
*Suite class staterooms require a $500 per person deposit or $1000 per room minimum.
